2025 49ers Training Camp

Gold Club Football School members are invited to join us August 4th to watch the 49ers practice. It is a unique opportunity to see NFL players up close and see how an elite NFL practice is run. We will leave at 6:30AM on Monday 8/4 (because traffic). Practice is from about 10:00am to 12:00pm. Likely stop for lunch on the way back getting us back to Rio around 3PM.

I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian of the above-named child (“Participant”), hereby:

1. Permission & Transportation – Authorize Participant to travel with Gold Club Football School (“GCF School”) staff and volunteer drivers by carpool to Levi’s® Stadium in Santa Clara, CA on August 4 , 2025 for 49ers Training Camp.

2. Acknowledgment of Risk – Understand that sports-related, travel-related, and other risks of injury or illness exist and voluntarily assume all such risks.

3. Medical Consent – Authorize GCF School representatives to secure emergency medical treatment deemed necessary and agree to be financially responsible for such care.

4. Liability Release – Release and hold harmless GCF School, Rio Vista Athletics, its directors, coaches, volunteers, the San Francisco 49ers, and all volunteer drivers from any liability, claims, or demands arising from Participant’s involvement, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

5. Media Release – Grant permission for photographs/video of Participant at the event to be used for promotional purposes (website, social media, print).

6. Code of Conduct – Agree that Participant will follow all instructions from staff and 49ers personnel; disruptive behavior may result in early dismissal at my expense.
