Gold Club Football School launched!

11 youngsters crammed into the office of Emigh Livestock for the first two football school sessions in January and February! We covered blocking technique and schemes in session 1, with an emphasis on the differences between individual football and team football. In session 2, the topic was defense and it was all about setting the edge and gap assignments. Special emphasis on beginning the play before the ball is snapped (stance and readiness). Coming up in March, we will look in depth at the Wing-T offense and have a special guest coach from RVHS!
